DOUG IRELAND

Doug is an independent manufacturers' representative who joined the Globe Stamping personnel team and agreed to coordinate sales activity, initially for our furniture glide product line, but "morphed" into handling many other sales initiatives. He is the main contact for all our other manufacturers' representatives, and contributes to the management executive with his sales and marketing acumen. As we continue to develop our network of manufacturers' reps, Doug will be an integral part of the process.

RON SMITH

Effective September 1/2009 Ron Smith has joined Globe as a Manufacturers Representative. We are excited and pleased to announce the addition of Ron Smith to our Sales Team!

Ron has spent his entire working career in the metal fabrication and stamping business and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Globe.

The mainstay of Ron’s career has been in Sales and Marketing. He joined National Machined Products in 1990 as Sales Manager and became a co- owner, President and General Manager in 1992.

While his initial responsibilities will be in supporting the National Machine client base as we “merge” National’s product lines into Globe’s operation, Ron will also be active in bringing new custom stamping opportunities to Globe.

In his spare time, Ron enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as the occasional round of golf.

We are pleased to announce our new Quebec Area Manufacturer’s Representative, Rolland Boulianne, effective April 1/2009!

Rolland is a Professional Business Graduate with a degree in Mechanical Design.

He worked as an Engineering Consultant from graduation until 1982 as which time he joined the Faultless Doerner Corporation as an Agent specializing in Casters and Office Chair Components. Faultless Doerner was purchased by Northfield Metal Products in 1989 and Rolland remained with the new company in the same capacity and continues to sell and market in the furniture, small components industry.

Rolland also worked as a mechanical designer at SNC Lavalin Group, a consulting engineering firm in Montreal.

In his off-time, Rolland is an avid fisherman and is considered to be enjoying this spoke, as a self-claimed, Professional!
