AIR FILTER GENERAL INFORMATION
When selecting the most appropriate filter media, its efficiency,
dirt-holding capacity and clean pressure restriction should first
be considered.
Our supplier's meltblown synthetic media is designed to have lower
pressure restrictions for a given performance over other similar
products. The advantages of their meltblown filter media is typically
evident with the need for higher efficiency with reduced back pressure.
Our filter media supplier's web-making capabilities consist of
wet laid papers, dry laid nonwovens, meltblowns, electrets, charcoal
absorbent media, and laminates. They are quickly growing into composite
technologies that incorporate the finest properties of each web
to create advanced performance.
The outstanding uniformity and consistency of their products are
the main reasons for their success. Their performance and value
allow us to make the highest quality filters at the most cost-effective
price.
PLASTISOL GENERAL INFORMATION
Plastisol is a liquid, highly viscous vinyl dispersion of PVC resin
that is cured by heat to form a solid end product. A plastisol formation
can be altered to produce a variety of different physical properties.
The plastisol can be hard or soft, available in colours of black,
orange or blue (or others of your choice if volumes warrant), and
can be formulated to produce a variety of air filter products.
Plastisol can also be formulated to resist chemical attack, weather
ability, dielectric strength, fire resistance, and several other
properties.
Please contact our engineering staff to discuss the best properties
for your particular air filter product needs.
