Management Style
Globe Stamping has a flat management structure and pushes decision-making down to the shop floor. Our employees are empowered to stop work, whether for safety or product quality concerns. Each division of the organization acts as a customer to the other which ensures strong, respectful inter-relationships, open communication and collaboration. We encourage the best ideas to surface from anywhere within the organization.

We consider our personnel to be the pre-eminent foundation for the success we enjoy, and we are focused on leading and directing them in a fair and equitable manner by developing and utilizing each individual's expertise and talents.  We emphasize job satisfaction, appropriate skill application, and teamwork, and believe that, while all work is important and serious, a job should, and can be rewarding, and fun.

Community Outreach
We take pride in being active participants in our local Tool & Die Apprenticeship program for over 60 years, and taking a leading role in the annual Skills Canada Competitions. Our Junior Achievement, Business Achievement and Heritage Awards attest to our consistent efforts to make an impact on our community and share our infectious sense of work excellence.
